Please help the Cure JM Foundation

Posted by hearts4kyra on July 5, 2010 at 4:24 PM

The Cure JM Foundation has entered the Pepsi Refresh Project to win a $250,000

research grant. WE ARE NOW IN 16th PLACE, but we need to be in the top 2 to

receive the grant. SO WE NEED YOUR VOTE, and your friends' votes!! You can vote

every day through July 31st. It will only take a minute of your time, but it

could change children's lives forever.

HOW TO VOTE

Please go to: http://www.refresheverything.com/makejmamemory to vote for Cure

JM. Click on the grey button that says Vote for this idea. You will be

prompted to sign-in. It only takes a minute to register, and after that, click

again on Vote for this idea The Pepsi site will let you know that your vote

went through.

For the rest of the month, you will follow the same process; although it will be

faster because you’ve already registered. You will always be prompted to

sign-in, but this only requires your email address and your selected Pepsi

Refresh password. You can vote EVERY DAY through July 31st for Cure JM….and

each family member (age 13 or over) can vote too.

SPREAD THE WORD

Please spread the word to family, friends and colleagues. Reach out to at least

20 friends to ensure they vote once a day, EVERY DAY, until July 31st. Each

family member (age 13 or older) can vote from the same email address (or

different email address). Social media, such as Facebook, is also a great tool

for spreading the word. Flyers and other promotional materials are also

available at www.curejm.org

JULY 4th WEEKEND

Make plans to take your computer to your 4th of July events and ask your friends

and family to vote for Cure JM. They can all register and vote from your

computer. (They can enter their own email address and create a password from

your computer). Remind them to vote EVERY DAY THROUGH JULY 31st.

Cure JM desperately needs this grant to continue funding our research centers

and to ultimately find a CURE.

Thanks for your support!

Hello!
My daughter was just tentatively diagnosed by her rheumatologist. I came across your story while researching for my little princess. Thank you for sharing. When first diagnosed there is a fog. I'm sure you understand that. We were better prepared as my little one has a lot of other autoimmune issues, but still we were caught off guard. I hope that you're little princess is doing much better now!!!
I thought this post was the most appropriate to comment under because it was the website that made me decide to fire our rheumy and go find someone else. Again, thank you for sharing!
